xPlan Lite for Mac is a cheaper, simplified version of xPlan. It's only available at the Mac App Store.
 
xPlan for Mac is is a professional version much more complete with these features:
 
- Notes for Tasks, Milestones, Processes
- Alerts of remaining tasks
- Import / export of Microsoft Project documents (XML only)
- Import / export of to-dos for xList5
- Import / export of resources
- Import / export of Day offs
- Export of tasks to iCal
- Export of the gantt view to xView online service (for access with a simple web browser)
- Export of the gantt view to JPEG, PDF format
- Export of a project to CSV format
- Critical Path for the Gantt view
- iCloud Sync (Mac App Store version only)
- Dropbox Sync
- Groups for resources
- Human and material resources
- Attach documents to a task
